Accommodation Barge for Coastal Surveillance

Description

This barge is designed for costal surveillance and intervention. The barge is host to two interceptor boars swiftly launched using the deck cranes. The barge accommodares 36 personel and its designed for mooring in a 360 deg weather vaning mode.

The hull and all external walls on the deck are built using a corrosion resistant super lightweight Composite (SLC) material that is characterised by an extreme strength to density ration. Due to corrosion resistant properties of the SLC material, no maintenance or painting is required for the hull, reducing the operational expenditures of the vassel dramatically.
